At this moment, I am watching the movie "Summer of 42" and remembering when Americans had some common sense. America use to represent freedom!

To me, smoking is my symbol of American freedom. Infringe upon that symbol, and it may cause someone physical harm.

Sometimes, a line must be drawn.

Did you listen to Rush yesterday? He made a great comparison of smoking as an act of protest to burning a flag. If "fire" is considered speech with regards to a flag, why isn't burning tobacco considered "speech" that appropriately could be considered a protest against excessive regulation or taxation.

I found it rather funny, in an ironic kind of way.....
