Does anyone know whether Utah counts absentee ballots before hand, and posts the results soon after the polls close, and what percentage of the votes absentee ballots typically make up of the total?

All I know about the absentee ballots is that you had to register as a Republican 1 month ago to vote absentee in this primary.

Utah is totally electronic. We may have the results within the hour after the polls close.

This is weird. Low turnout, electronic votes and slow count. I would have thought it would be fairly fast.
