According to the
Trib, low turnout (which seems amazing for such a high profile race), and a slow count. So this thread might not get much action for two or three hours. Does anyone know whether Utah counts absentee ballots before hand, and posts the results soon after the polls close, and what percentage of the votes absentee ballots typically make up of the total?

All I know about the absentee ballots is that you had to register as a Republican 1 month ago to vote absentee in this primary.

This is weird. Low turnout, electronic votes and slow count. I would have thought it would be fairly fast.
