To: doesnt suffer fools gladly

Here are some facts.

1. Limbaugh is not on probation. Probation is a form of legal punishment that first requires a criminal conviction. Rush has been convicted of no crime.

2. It is not illegal for a doctor to prescribe a drug to a patient using a third parties' name in order to protect the privacy of the patient.

4. Also keep in mind that Rush was merely detained, not arrested or charged with a crime.

3. This incident was released to the press by obviously unscrupulous individual(s). It is immoral (and perhaps illegal) for someone to divulge another man's personal information that has no business being brought to the public.

5. The said medication (and others with similar results) is widely used by many men, some of whom I have no doubt are mocking Limbaugh as we speak.

1. True, prosecution for the offence is defered

2. Possibly true, but noone is going after the doctor ( right now )

3. ?

4. True

3. Life is tough when you are a celeb ... Rush's people don't know this ?

5. So ?

Fact - As a known drug addict he flew in a private plane from a known drug transit point with a prescription drug in a bottle NOT labeled for him.

Not a big deal, and will most likely be overlooked by his PTI Supervisor, but do your seriously think that ANYTHING that Rush does that connects him to drugs will be ignored by the media ?
