WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Rush Limbaugh will likely have to wait several days to find out if he violated his deal with prosecutors in a prescription fraud case when authorities found him in possession of a bottle of Viagra that was apparently prescribed to someone else, a spokesman for the state attorney's office said Tuesday."Fraud" is a very strong word of accusation; Since when is AP setting the standards for "fraud" to talk about it?
Rush will have his day in Court if he broke any laws/agreements; until then everybody should back off or shut the hell up. Period!

In the agreement he signed the offense listed as
" WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM A PRACTITIONER "
( all caps is the way it is written )
So I suppose fraud might be a concise way of putting it.
