OK, I read the First Amendment again. Where does it say you can burn anything? It talks about speech (which you do with your mouth) and the press (which is the printing press). It says nothing, I repeat, nothing about burning anything. Why do we insist on pretending the Constitution says things it does not say?
It doesn't but the USSC has ruled its political speech and is currently the law. All I'm saying is I hate to see the Constitution being amended in such a way. That should be messed with as little as possible and in fact too many amendments have been tagged onto it already.
