Under the deal reached last month with prosecutors, Limbaugh was not to be arrested for any infraction for 18 months in exchange for authorities deferring a charge of "doctor shopping." Prosecutors had alleged the conservative talk-show host illegally deceived multiple physicians to receive overlapping painkiller prescriptions.

Was Rush arrested at the airport?

No he was not arrested at the airport. The bottle of medication was sent to the Palm Beach DA office (IIRC) for determination if any charges are warranted.

The medication is obviously non-narcotic and the issue would be if the label was the doctors offense, Rush's offense or any chargable offense at all.

Knowing the PB DA, I'm thinking he'll try to drum up something at least for a while.

No he was not arrested.

I have been stopped by customs before.

It took me nearly two hours to explain why I had several pairs of jeans. Like I was going to sell them.

At any rate, only a hate-filled moron at the Slimes who is still bitter that Karl Rove is dancing on the Slimes.

Even if this ruined his "deal", which has not happened, it would leave prosecutors with the same weak case they had before.

No Fitzmas here.
