So it would be okay if his doctor gave him some Viagra samples, like all doctors do when letting you see if the medication works, or there are no reactions before getting a perscription filled?

I doubt the law will come down on the doctor or Rush on this one, but this is Florida, so who knows? Rush is his patient and the doctor got him the Viagra (not a narcotic).

Sure, this would be okay... it is just using a prescription with someone else's name on it that is a problem.
