Actually, in Norwegian, it's "Gunnar". My great-grandfather was Gunnar Gundarsson. I say go for it!!!

I wanted it Americanized to 'Gunner'

I think Boomer Esiasan (sp) named his son 'Gunner' or something close.

Couse it would be even cooler if I could delete our last name from his birth certificate and it simply read;

First Name: 'Gunner'
Last Name: 'none'
