And going back to real news broadcasting instead of tabloid trash like Greta Van Susteren's show would be a good start.
Stop trying to out CNN CNN, dammit.

When they put so many liberals on - I turn off the TV

If I wanted to watch that .. I'd turn on CNN or MSNBC

Amen to that! Get rid of all those liberal former democratic adminisration folks and you'll return the faithful to the fold who made Fox News ratings what they used to be or become another MSNBC. Fox has bitten the hand that feeds them when they hire folks like that.

Everytime there is a slight dip in Fox's ratings, people get worried, but over the long haul they always stay strong. One down month does not a problem make. CNN would be crapping their pants with joy if they could get even half the viewers of Fox News.
1) Bring back the chatroom ticker that once scrolled across the bottom of the screen. Viewers love to get involved especially during debates such as Hannity & Colmes.
2)Take a few calls during shows like Oreilly and Greta like they use to do.
4)There is much room for improvement during the weekends. Perhaps a weekend version of Hannity & Colmes with Ollie North vs a liberal.
5)How about Mike Gallagher on the weekends doing his own show.
Stop showing damned repeats, when there is breaking news, do something about the "gossip" stuff, the Natalee Holloway drivel, and the ratings WILL rebound.
You are absolutely right. As soon as FOX gets back more conservtives, their ratings will soar again. Ailes is right about having the same old same old people on as guests all the time. We would like to see some new conservatives on news shows.
Remember what brought you to the top Roger, and quit moving left with each new hire.
It would also be helful if Fox remembered who brought them to this dance!

I stopped watching Fox a long time ago with the exception of Brit Hume.
Everything else is CNN redo.

Then there is Elenor Clift and the recovering drunk, Bob Beckel, and the not recovering drunk Susan Estrich.
In reviewing the names, a number do not seem to strike a position with me, which indicates they are newspeople and not necessarily propagandists. I include Newt because he is intellectually dishonest, thus a liberal.
