It has always been my understanding that it is illegal to take prescription drugs that are prescribed for someone else. The viagra was prescribed to his doctor (or two doctors, in some stories).

Anyway, Rush had to know that he was under scrutiny, so why bother. Take a few tabs down and come back with none.

I really hope it IS Viagra, and not something else... opiate addiction is a devastating thing, not easily overcome. If Rush is slipping back into looking for fixes, he really needs to be committed to a rehab institution for several months minimum, for his own sake. The legal issues are secondary here (as much as the libs will gloat). Rush will always have his audience - a few months won't matter in the long run.

Do you think even for a nanosecond that if it were anything of a controlled substance nature the media wouldn't be all over that like a fly on $hit?

There's been no evidence that Rush is looking for "fixes". He's a free man, can travel wherever he wants. Although he might justifiably argue with my use of the word "free".
