I don't think so. Embarrasment does not allow for a lawsuit. They pretty much said the story that had happened.
ACtually no. The CBS local affiliate was way over the top on this. The newspaper simply 'went tabloid.'
But...the headline was misleading....the information put out was BAD. It said that he was busted for 'Drugs--AMOUNG THEM VIAGRA'. That came out first...giving the impression he had other illegal drugs. I hope they can sue them somehow. Damn media. They are the enemy.
