Why would Rush be concerned about privacy issues. Aren't there privacy laws that are designed to protect the confidentiality of physician-patient information? /s

I think that the government officials in Palm Beach have a "hard on" for Rush. (someone's probably already said it)

Yes,but picture a lowly pharmacy tech at his neighborhood Walgreen's,making $8/hr,coming to learn that Rush takes Viagra.How much do you think the Enquirer would pay for that info?

Yes - the physician's name is held in confidence because he isn't germane to the article's intent.
