I don't argue that such a practice may be common - I just question the legality, particularly for someone who has already had legal troubles related to prescription drugs. i would think that Rush would want to keep everything "above the board" under the current climate.
I agree he needed to be extra cautious.... but this case stinks t high heaven since in 99.9% of the cases they wouldn't even look in the shaving kit and if they did, they would call the doctor and inquire.
