I don't think it was the state AG but rather the local prosecutor, called a state attorney, elected locally and since Palm Beach county is blue ... well, there you go.

And since the prosecutor leaked Rush's prescription records to the press in the past, there is no wonder he's trying to get a little privacy when it comes to the little blue pill.
