Thanx. My wife's a nurse and just read the article and she said that the Sheriffs department was stupid for saying anything about Rush's meds. They know the law and that Miller guy knows they screwed up so that's why they're throwing that misdemeanor crap out there. It's perfectly legal for the doctors to put the prescription in their names as long as the FDA database reads on behalf of the patient. Doctors do it all the time when a patient is in the hospital and is unable to physically pick the drugs up.
