And they all lived happily ever after...except for John Toubell who is lying naked on a steel slab with a nametag wrapped around his big toe.
Ahhhhh...I just love happy endings.

Outlaw lead.Yup. Mandatory: Unleaded bullets. Leaded ones cause too much cultural pollution.

"Outlaw lead."
shhhh, they are already trying to do that. But not for this reason. Its because all the lead at the firing ranges is causing pollution. All that lead in the dirt is polluting the dirt.
Question, where does lead come from? /sarc

Because the MSM hopes, no, prays that the cops/or citizen killed somebody else and the real crook got away.
That way they could continue the story with "Rouge Cop" or "Rampaging Civilian" kills........

What's that stuff the military uses? Depleted uranium? Can I buy a few cases of 147 gr. 9mm for reloading? Or is that just for tank rounds? LOL

I must disagree with you.
While it may be "No trial, No guilt" in the eyes of the law if he is in my back seat and I'm forced to kill him he's guilty.
A guy standing with a hostage and the SRT DRTs him right there? He ain't the suspect, he's the perp.

Kaliforniastan has used administrative "definitions" to prevent citizens from legally moving handguns in a vehicle under any circumstances, and they are enforced in the liberal wacko counties in the state.Which leaves the law abiding citizen one option: break the law. Get an untraceable large caliber handgun, be sure the perp is DEAD even if multiple shots are required, and tell the authorities that you took the perp's weapon from him and shot in fear for your life. Don't forget to use latex gloves and wipe prints off of the ammo while loading!

Obviously the car owner, by leaving the doors unlocked, set a trap for the victim who was forced to a life of crime by economically privileged individuals such as the car owner. If the car owner had not gone to the gas station, the incident never would have occurred, proving intent on the car owners part.

All these comments crack me up!!I live in Texas, and if he did not have a gun,and was in the back seat, shot dead by the car owner, the law would not even take his gun!

In MA, the "victim" would be the dead guy, and the vehicle owner would likely as not have a grand jury in his future.Fortunately, rural Ohio is not this bad. But you do know this incident will be used in the statistics that 'prove' gun owners are more likely to be killed by their own weapon.
