Not true. Where does it say they tested his marijuana for aspergillus? Aspergillus is everywhere. He most likely picked up the infection in the hospital. Even if the infection was contracted from his marijuana you have nothing.

Before the end of the year deadly hospital infections, those contracted by otherwise healthy individuals while hospitalized for even routine procedures, will claim over 100,000 lives. As the fourth largest killer of Americans, these hospital infections kill more people each year than AIDS, breast cancer, illegal drugs and traffic accidents combined.

Smoking marijuana is safer than visiting your local hospital.
