No. But my point was that the canadian experiment, like ours, is an absurdly artificial distortion of markets based on a false premise: that marijuana deserves, on it's own merits, to be controlled by prescription, or worse, rather than by the regulated open market for such things as, for example, tea. I am not impressed by claims about harm from marijuana that can be obviously attributed to the pernicious effects of prohibition and whacky distorted semi-prohibition, such as our intellectually vacant medical marijuana initiatives.
