He's probably (altho I don't know) not very vulnerable; the rule of thumb seems to be "The safer the seat, the bigger the mouth", such as with Barbara Boxer - who's got her spot for life if she wants it.
That's bad news for Irey, then. Murtha can't contain himself. I'm hoping he's an exception to the phrase.
