Did Arlen just say that a newspaper report is not enough for a Congressional over site??The NY Times is apparently NOT charging Arlen for his subscription and Arlen doesn't want to start receiving a monthly bill.

No way, in Arlen's view. He'll be running interference for the NY Times so as to get favorable mentions in their news/editorials.
