There he goes again....the number one judicial publicity hound John Jones...."along came Jones...slow walkin Jones...slow talking Jones....along came tall lean lanky Jones.." as Ray Stevens put it years ago.
Bow down and worship Hugo Black: "Separation of church and state...separation of church and state....separation of church and state........"

"civic stupidity"? Does he mean the liberal ideology of replacing the Bill of Rights with 'civil rights'? Sure is interesting to watch the Darwinists croon over what Darwin wrote and yet deny he said and believed what he did.
I know, I know, it is now called 'science', man doing things his way.
To: Nextrush
I like it. I find plenty of civic stupidity here on FR as

Thanks for the reply. It allowed me to see that my reference to my tagline was miswritten as html.

· On civics education: "We have a culture that is not plugged into current events." If only. The Constitution was designed for a country that was not "plugged in to current events" because plugs hadn't been invented yet. We only vote every other November; the people need not be up on every cause celebre the rest of the time (nor even then). What was the benefit of the people of the panhandle of Florida being "plugged in to current events" (being wrongly informed that their vote would not affect the outcome) just before the polls closed in their portion of Florida?

This is the same guy who said in another (countless) interview that he relied on his liberal arts education and not his legal education to make his decision. What's really funny is that our Darwinists has tried to make this guy out to be another Scalia.

The case certainly was good in one aspect of it. A lot more scientists are looking at Darwin as BS. Which it is.

Well, as I am usually considered "completely useless" it's nice to "accomplish something". So, thanks...I'm already over-achieving today! ;-)

The case certainly was good in one aspect of it. What the case was was a big looting of the taxpayers by the ACLU. Since the "theocratic" school board was voted out of office, the lawsuit against the taxpayers was not even necessary.

I love that quote from Judge Jones. Ann Coulter is clueless when it comes to science and her latest book is an embarrasment.

Closing arguments were on 11/4, elections on 11/8. You have been lied to. Wake up.

Since the "theocratic" school board was voted out of office, the lawsuit against the taxpayers was not even necessary. It was still necessary. Future school boards will know that there's a real cost to replacing scientific truth in their classrooms with discredited mythology.

"A lot more scientists are looking at Darwin as BS. Which it is."
Oh do explain why. Just for the general entertainment level of the board...

More revisionist nonsense, Creationist-style, e.g., done showing a lack of integrity and in complete ignorance of the facts.

I usually don't use the ping list for threads started by creationists, but this is a real news article, and it's early in the thread, and it's a slow weekend, so I'm cranking up the ping machine ...
