My wife and I are both Boomers. WE prepared for the future . Those that didn't ,can be turned into Soylent Green as far as were concerned .
Though it's fun to give the Boomers a poke in the ribs, I know the vast majority of Boomer FReepers are ahead of the game.
However, I'm concerned that my savings will come under attack when push comes to shove. I think you should be too.

So did we. When we're finally in dire straights and running out of our measly savings, we'll vote Dem and join the millions of others demanding more for less.
To those that saved and planned, watch out. We'll get your money one way or the other. Those of us who didn't plan will outnumber you 2 to 1 and we'll be electing those who agree with us that we're victims of stingy wealthy people and deserve the transfer of wealth in our favor.

Sure, but that's not going to help nearly as much as some think. It could get REALLY ugly, and so while you did the right thing and planned ahead, millions have not and will eye warily your assets once the SHTF.
