"How come I never hear of any woman flashers?"
My friend and I were driving home from a hiking trip in the Smokies back in the late 80's when a car pulled up beside us on the road with two attractive women in it. They waved at us and the blonde in the passengers seat got on her knees, dropped her shorts and mooned us. I mean she stuck it right out the window. I almost lost control of the truck and my friends eyes were falling out. She really was all blonde too.
Does that count as flashing?

Prostitution, suicide, drug use, gambling, porn -- all have been described by libertarians as "harmless" activities (ie., harmless to others) and should be allowed among adults. I was simply wondering out loud if "flashing" would also be allowed and if not, why not.
Any rational and sane person would agree that all these activities are indirectly harmful to society, and that we have the right to set a moral code by which we all agree to live.

No silly,, that's mooning with a surprise! :-)

"It's always been a problem. It's a recurrent problem," a police spokesman said.
I can vouch for that! It happened to me once riding the subway in NY and its pretty uncomfortable. I tried not to look and pretend he wasn't there.

The two-day sting mission, dubbed "Operation Exposure," was actually carried out in May... I would imagine this sort of crime trails off between November and March.

I believe they're called "TEENAGE GIRLS"Ain't that the truth! Remembering the mini-skirt craze of the 60's, (gleefully), I was always amazed at the creative ways modesty was maintained with only an extra inch or two of fabric.
Today, no attempt is even considered for the sake of modesty.

I can't asked to be dropped from the list. So would you mind coming up with a less ... accusatory-sounding name for the list?

When my wife and I lived in NYC, the first time she rode the subway some creep kept touching her on the knees and up. She started to carry 14" knitting needles and knitted on the subway. Problem stopped.
There was a very convenient yarn store off Delancy Street on the J and LL lines. Many women knitted on the NYC subways.

Had an American friend who was also flashed in France. She handled it very cooly, though, saying "Dis donc! C'est tres petit!" ("My my! It's very tiny!")

I deny belonging on this ping list. You have no proof, only evidence.

We looked him up and down and then continued with our conversation. Within a minute or so, he realized he wasn't going to get his jollies from us, so he changed cars.
Actually, I was once flashed on 5th Avenue, right next to Central Park. A couple of summers ago, I was walking on the Park side of 5th heading down to church when I saw a guy running towards me. This in and of itself is not unusual -- lots of people go running along 5th Avenue. But, in this particular case, when the guy got to within 10 or 15 feet of me, he raised his arms, and showed off his "family jewels." I just kept walking south, paying no mind to him. The only thing I could think of though, was that he very obviously had no jockstrap on, and how all that jostling must hurt!
