I carry a concealed weapon at times. IMO... concealed weapons by citizens should not be a crime.

Lying isn't a crime unless you're under oath.
He's a father. A decent father's first instinct is to defend his son, so when some presstitute sticks a microphone in his face when this is the first he's heard about it, what do you expect?
The FBI has been known to make mistakes before. And if these accusations are true, this won't be the first father who's had a major disappointment from his son.
Wait a while, more facts will come out. Then we'll see. But for now cut Dad just a little slack.
