Didn't Saddam use mustard gas shells in the Gulf War?

No, he didn't.

I seem to recall a missile strike we received that was suspected of having mustard gas during the war. This would've been on something like ABC's coverage.

I do find this:

http://www.defenselink.mil/releases/1997/b08281997_bt443-97.html
MUSTARD AGENT EXPOSURE CASE NARRATIVE RELEASED
The narrative released today focuses on the reported mustard agent exposure of a soldier who was exploring enemy bunker complexes March 1, 1991 in Iraq. Considering all available evidence to date, the narrative assesses it was "likely" that the soldier was exposed to mustard, a chemical warfare agent, when entering a bunker in Iraq. No other symptoms of exposure to mustard agent were reported by the soldier's unit or other units in the area.

I may do some digging later.

He used nerve and mustard gas during the Iran-Iraq War, and he also used them on his own citizens.
