agreed 100%
Stern gets fined for saying the same thing Oprah does, but traitors to the country walk among us, free with apparently no will to stop them.

I think it was Charles Krauthammer who once remarked that the Constitution was not a suicide pact.

There has never been much will to take on traitors.
In WWII American born Nazis like William Joyce (AKA Lord Haw Haw) and Mildred Gillars (AKA Axis Sally) moved to Germany (Joyce to Germany by way of England) and became propagandists for Nazi Germany. They tried to weaken morale and provide aid and comfort to Germany.
Gillars posed as a Red Cross worker and interviewed injured US POW in Germany where she excerpted their interviews (much as Michael Moore did with footage of modern injured soldiers). It was the foundation of the trial against her after the war.
She was sentenced to several years in prison and eventually worked as a private school teacher in the US.
Lord Haw Haw was tried and hanged in England after the war and there is some belief that he would have lived if he had gotten tried in America.
Both left no doubt as to their allegiance with Nazi Germany.
When Jane Fonda was permitted to walk without charges of treason (after posing for photos on an North Vietnamese anti-aircraft cannon), it should be no wonder that a lying traitor like John Kerry could run for president without it becoming an issue (even though traitors cannot serve as president).

Somebody pointed out on the Laura Ingraham Show, this morning, that a reporter in the "outing" of Mrs. Wilson did some time in prison.

She publicly said that Juanita was lying about Bill Clinton's rape. Juanita challenged Estrich to speak with her. Estrich, a fellow rape survivor, refused.

'One of the reasons Bush is low in the polls is that the president has lost the respect of the press.'
He is letting the press get away with anything. These reporters need to be charged with treason. These people insult him and ridicule him and he treat them with kid gloves. I agree, it is hard to respect such a man.

Susan. Susan. Susan.
Don't even know where to begin...
To: pabianice
This lady is clearly off her nut, and I wish the Justice Dept. would go after these clowns. They are traitors plain and simple, whether they care or not is another matter.
To: GrandEagle; pabianice
By this same logic, if the NYT stumbled across a listing of covert operatives, it would be their right and duty to publish it. When does free speech become treason?

" Is "Journalist" Latin for "Dictator", or "A**hole"? "
How about "Journalista" and "Jornalistas", as in "... the Journalista insurgency today staged another ambush and massacre of government forces ... ", " ... the Journalista's spring offensive is causing great alarm in outlying provinces ... ".
It's a war, with the Journalistas on one side and the American people on the other.
