I detest these types of stories. Makes my eyes leaky and my blood boil.
After 30 years as a cop I came to the following conclusions. Child Protective Services are run and operated by a bunch of incompetent, inept liberal do gooders. They know zip about investigating anything, are very unprofessional, and frequently insert personal feelings into their reports with no basis in fact. In the state of Washington, parents who are entrapped into the CPS circus, rightly or wrongly, have to pay various costs associated with their conflict with CPS based on their income. This encourages the CPS social workers to go after people with money and ignore the folks at the bottom of the socioeconomic scale. CPS never admits when they are wrong or have screwed up a case. They always have an excuse.
I never met a cop who had any use for CPS in the state of Washington. They are held in contempt.
I'm sure it didn't take 30 years to come to that conclusion either. I've never thought much of them with their losing children in 'the system' and other mistakes that cost children their lives.
Also, as the mommy of the sweetest 3 year old boy on the face of this earth I cannot wrap my brain around these worthless skin bags who abuse and murder children. Shoot them in the head, toss them in a ditch and be done with it.
