"Sounds like discrimination to me. If ever there was a time for a lawsuit..."
This is an outrage and I can't say it enough......whenever possible, we MUST start looking into filing RICO lawsuits against any entities (including employers and non-employers) who's policies ENCOURAGE illegal immigration. It would certainly seem to me that favoring Spanish over English and subsequently the loss of a job by an American vs. an illegal, is certainly worth looking into.
"The Chicago-based lawyer (Hoaward Foster) has almost single-handedly spearheaded the use of RICO statutes as a tool against illegal immigration. A member of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, a group that advocates immigration restrictions, Foster took note when Congress toughened immigration laws in 1996 and amended the RICO statute to make knowing employment of illegal immigrants a violation."
Howard W. Foster.......

Maybe Howard Foster will step up to the plate on the Oregon law. Somebody needs to before they start displacing everyone who doesn't know the language of an illegal alien, who shouldn't even be hired in the first place.
