I was watching a Discovery Channel, and there was a show about lightning. There was a man who documented to have been struck by lightning 5 or more times. One time, he was sitting in his pickup truck with the window down. As I recall he was a park ranger or game warden.

I should take time to read and edit-- "the Discovery Channel" and "a man who was documented."
The last time I read about a person being struck and killed by lightning in the mountains, the victim was a bike rider. The day was perfectly clear. The lightning came from the other side of the mountains.

"Discovery Channel, and there was a show about lightning. There was a man who documented to have been struck by lightning 5 or more times."He was only hit by a tiny branch, if at all. A direct hit by a lightning bolt and the guy would explode. The branches are thousands of amps. It only takes 10s of milliamps to kill.
