I'm sorry, but based on your inability to comprehend that nobody on this thread is arguing that a MANPAD can't take down a commercial aircraft, I'll trust a Federal Judge and jury to understand law better than you.
"What gets a FIM up to Mach 2.2+? "
Its motor. Which burns out about 8 seconds after it's launched.
"Too many Freepers saw it for it to be a myth. Sorry Rokke."
All two of you?!?
"The official record states that the documents requested could not be located."
No it doesn't. Specific documents weren't requested. Just all of a certain category.
"Boeing was going to fight the Clinton machine? And win? Yeah. That was likely. /sarc"
Matt Drudge did. The Clinton machine is vastly overrated.
"The law states as an investigator, he had the legal right. Souvenir seekers do not."
No it does not. You are just making that up. He has no right to secretly remove any evidence from a criminal investigation.
"The 3 or 4 of you are pilots and engineers? Do any of you fly commercially for a living? I know which are pilots but which are the engineers? Every Freeper engineer I've read in the last few days disagrees with you."
I know I am. I flew with the military for 16 years and currently fly large commercial aircraft for FedEx. I am also a rated flight engineer.
Rokke,"No it does not. You are just making that up. He has no right to secretly remove any evidence from a criminal investigation"
This is another BIG indication that a cover-up was underway, a little snippet of vinyl out of virtual pick-up truck load of the same stained material? Come on!!
They acted like he stole the black boxes, funny though, how NOTHING was said when THUG Kalstrom presented the flag (from the crash scene) to the little girl in the hospital.
Jeesh, Sanders was actually helping expose the crime, exactly what you would want in a normal world, right???

TITLE 49 > SUBTITLE II > CHAPTER 11 > SUBCHAPTER III > § 1132

(a) General Authority.
(2) A person employed under section 1113 (b)(1) of this title that is conducting an investigation or hearing about an aircraft accident has the same authority to conduct the investigation or hearing as the Board.
Terrell Stacy was one of the investigators.
And there are more Freepers that saw that video. There are mentions of it on the threads from 99 too. I read those old threads that I posted and found them interesting.
