They found Natalie Hollway in Fallujah.

they would cover that, MORE than the found WMD's. At least Greta would. they give more deference to someone presumed dead, than to those two boys KNOWN dead.

John Fund:

Other sources tell me that recently translated captured documents include target lists of U.S. facilities and frequent references to WMDs in Saddam's possession. "He was either being lied to by his own officials, lying to them or he had something," one intelligence analyst told me.

They will pretend it doesn't exist.

U.N. Releases Report on Iraq CW Program

The U.N. Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission yesterday released a detailed report on Iraq’s history of production and use of chemical weapons, according to a U.N. release (see GSN, April 4).

The document indicates that Baghdad started exploring chemical weapons in 1971 and established a “large-scale chemical weapons program” in 1981.

The program produced roughly 3,850 tons of mustard, tabun, sarin and VX agents between 1981 and 1991 and “made a significant impact on the outcome of the Iran-Iraq war.”

Baghdad weaponized some 3,300 tons of agents, producing 130,000 munitions. Of these, more than 101,000 were used in combat between 1981 and 1988, according to the report.

Iraq in January 1991 declared that its stockpile contained about 28,500 chemical munitions. Coalition forces in the 1991 Gulf War eliminated 5,500 weapons, and Iraq unilaterally declared destroying another 500.

“These last two figures were partially verified by United Nations inspectors,” the report says.

Most destruction of the remaining 22,000 munitions occurred under the supervision of U.N. inspectors between 1991 and 1994. During the collection of those weapons, Iraq was unable to locate some 500 munitions.

“Although a number of issues relating to the Iraqi chemical weapon program remain unresolved, the United Nations inspectors were able to identify the major parameters of the program, its scope and the results achieved,” the report says (U.N. News Service, June 1).

The Dims/MSM are not going to recognize anything unless it's tons of munitions with Saddams autograph and "For use against the USA" stamped on the containers.

At a minimum it's political news. The squawkers' mantra has been "No WMD!" - emphasis on the word "no" Dr. HoHo's (and Supreme Allied Commander Murtha's) response to this will be precious.

neither can I, but as you know, no amount of evidence will convince people otherwise. Even if we find 1000s of WMDs the left will say: "Reagan gave them to Iraq"

I sure hope we find the rest of the WMDS and not the bad guys.

I'd like to wholeheartedly believe this, but we've been burned by supposed findings before. There were stockpiles here and there in Iraq that were known by the US and the UN and wer eunder monitor and seal.

Now, whether or not a "UN seal" is a laughable oxymoron or not is a topci for another discussion, but what I'd just like to know here, in Don Rumsfeld parlance, is if the WMDs Sen. Santorum speaks of are were already "known knowns" or not?

"Get ready for it ... They're old weapons. They don't count. Bush lied, people died. </sarc>"

Let's hope they do: nobody except for the most hopeless of the Barking Moonbats (BM for short) will listen or even care.

This is game, set, match, and even the MSM knows it.

It's called the Bakka valley.

"Munitions still remaining to be found..."

And I have to believe that one of the reasons that Bush and others haven't been pushing this issue is precisely because they don't know how many more WMDS may exist. We're having enough trouble with insurgents without having to worry about more flooding Iraq with the hopes of finding more of these weapons.

Good catch. However, English is spoken the world over. Russian and German, on the other hand, are pretty much only spoken in Russia and Germany. So while the English writing tells us little, the Russian and German writing tells us quite a bit.

500 chemical munitions found-- mostly artillery shells I really hate to break this news, but this is not news. WE (the US) taught and trained them how to make and use chemical weapons back when they were at war with Iran. We knew they had these.

Source for your claim that "taught and trained them how to make and use chemical weapons please?

Nothing personal, but without a credible source to back up your claim it's just so much B.S.

I mean that in the nicest possible way, of course.

Rush totally called this. He read some piece from a newspaper that said even if WMD's are found it didn't justify war, and he said that if the MSM is backing away from "There were no WMD's" that it's because they know that the "non-existant" WMD's are about to be found.
I hope this is for real. That would be a great birthday present for me!(Turning 30 on the 24th)
