Coulter's citations are generally bogus, and her interpretations and characterizations would be laughable were it not for the fact that so many slackjawed decerebrates took her opinions on the subject seriously.

Speaking on evolutionary science requires no "special" form of logic.
It does require accurate citation, honesty, and factual analysis. These are things at which lawyers do not excel. Lawyers make their money by calling a rose by another name, and pretending that not only does it smell differewnt but that it is actually no longer a rose.
