Never been married. Almost was once a loooonnnngggg time ago. (Dodged that bullet! I was too immature for it at the time, anyway.)
Bought my house close to 20 years ago and been busy with it and other things ever since. Not that I haven't been attracted to some guys, it just never grows to anything more than friendships. Which is fine by me. I'm not sure I would or could adjust to sharing a home with someone, pretty set in my ways.
Although it would be fun to have a steady partner to share the outdoor activities with... :o)

While that article was somewhat of an exageration, nonetheless, there has indeed cropped up a marriage strike. Way fewer kids being born. Etc.
