Really? I tried one once, years ago when everyone was talking about how buffalo meat was going to eventually be on everyone's dinner plate......it tasted odd to me and the buffalo meat rage never quite caught on in my neck of the woods. I think I will stick with good ol' tried and true beef burgers. :-)

I'm not anti hunting...
but I usually just detest the taste of game meat.
'Cause it's ...well...gamey tasting.
But I tried it for the 1st time last Summer. My Brother cooked it & he done good as they say!
