Oh Lordy, Chris Cannon is getting campaign donations from such people as Dairy Farmers, Roofing Contractors, and Wal-Mart.
All are akin to
If it isn't, Cannon's in deep doo-doo....
This ain't a favorable article to your boy, Dane.
Apparently, We're all complicit in this illegal immigration problem. The trouble is that We're not paying lower prices at the market. Just like taxes, We're getting screwed from both ends. We're paying high prices for goods and paying high taxes for the illegals to stay and work in this country.
he's for amnesty...but then you already know this from the following thread.

A man walked into a curio shop in Galveston Texas.
Looking around at the exotica, he noticed a very life-like,
life-size bronze statue of a rat. It had no price tag, but it looked
so striking that he decided he must have it.
He took it to the owner and asked "How much is the bronze rat?"
"Twelve dollars for the rat, a hundred dollars if you bring it back,"
said the owner.
The man gave the shop owner twelve dollars. "I'll take the rat; And I
won't be bringing it back."
As he walked down the street carrying the bronze rat, he noticed that
a few real rats had crawled out of alleys and sewers, and began
following him down the street. This was a bit disconcerting, so he
began to walk a little bit faster. Within a couple of blocks, the
group of rats behind him grew to over a hundred, and they began
squealing.
He started to trot towards the Harbor. He took a nervous look around
and saw that the rats numbered in the thousands, maybe in the
millions, and they were all squealing and coming towards him faster
and faster. Terrified, he ran to the edge of the water and threw the
bronze rat as far out into the Harbor as he could. Amazingly, the
millions of rats all jumped into the water after it,and were drowned.
The man walked back to the curio shop.
"Aha," said the owner, "You're bringing it back !"
"Actually no," said the man. "I came back to see how much you
want for that little bronze Mexican over there."
There you go again just like clockwork LOL
You are so predictable
That's like defending a pro-slavery southern Democrat for getting donations from such people as plantation owners, cotton farmers, and tobacco stores.
I'm sure that, in the mid-1800s, you would have been the loudest voice saying that Abraham Lincon and the abolitionist Republicans (you know, the conservatives) just hated people who sell our cotton, own our plantations, and provide African worker transport and trading services.
"Yes, these PACs have figured out where Chris stands" on illegal immigration, Jacob said Tuesday. Jacob and anti-illegal immigration groups say Cannon supports guest-worker programs and amnesty a charge that Cannon denies.
"These contributions make it very clear that Cannon supports cheap, often illegal, immigrant labor," Jacob said. "But he's trying to tell the voter that he's tough on illegal immigration. The PACs are saying, 'We know where you are, and here's your money.' "
Heheheh...
TUCSON - The new commissioner in charge of U.S. Customs and Border Protection on Tuesday visited the porous Arizona border, where he said building a wall "doesn't make sense."
Stemming the flow of illegal immigration and drug trafficking will take a combination of manpower, technology and infrastructure, not just barriers, W. Ralph Basham said. His view clashes with some members of Congress and border-security advocates but supports President Bush's "comprehensive" approach to border security.
"It (a border wall) doesn't make sense. It's not practical," said Basham, sworn in June 5 as head of the agency that oversees the Border Patrol and U.S. Customs. advertisement
Speaking to reporters at the Border Patrol's Tucson sector headquarters, the busiest in the nation, Basham said he doesn't support a borderwide wall and neither does President Bush.
For the thirteenth time, I was wondering what your take on the Pence comprimise is?
