This is good news, but don't get overjoyed just yet: it doesn't mean nothing happened. It means the Marines INVESTIGATED it like they were supposed to. The actual "incident" investigation is separate from the "coverup" investigation.

The cover-up was half the allegation and unless the "victims" are exhumed murder charges are going to be real tough.
