Wasn't Murtha on 'This Week; Sunday, 2 days ago claiming 'there had to have been a cover up, no doubt about it'?

Have I been asleep at the wheel? The fact that there was no cover-up was reported SATURDAY and this is the first I'm hearing of that finding.

The Visual Media has purposely avoided it at least through Sunday so they won't have to call Murtha a liar while he made his Sunday rounds.
