You do nothing but continue to make my point that no matter what the standard is, you will continue to "move the goalpost", or "raise the bar" no matter what I say. It's almost as if anyone committing any sin is not religious in your book, and that's just absurd. You may not think that, you may not subscribe to it, but it is what you are displaying, GOT IT?

PINO? ROFLMAO. Whatever!

Okay, what do YOU mean by "religious"?

I don't mean perfect, I mean sincerely trying.

Let me tell you a story.

In September 2003, my transmission went out in my car on Crenshaw Blvd. It was getting up into Rolling Hills. My aunt had just flown in for my mom's funeral service, and we were on our way to see my oldest daughter and get ready.

All the fancy cars/SUV's drove by us, yelling obcenities, and flipping us off, despite us being surrounded by a cloud of smoke. Yeah, I finally managed to limp into a parking lot, and luckily my oldest lived a block up the road.

Now in 2005, I was in the emergency room for a mild stroke. Later, the guy from MediCal apologized for hitting the wrong computer key. That's why they sprung me after 5 hours, and told me to go to bed and eliminate stress from my life. I had no insurance. My alternator decided that it would be a great time to go kaput. My hands turned into little balls, and I was trying to wave people past me, because my hazard lights obviously didn't work. Praise the Lord that I was only a block or so away from our old house. Not one middle finger or mouthed obscenity from anyone.

Bear with me, almost done. A man in a utility truck saw me stuck, and did a u-turn. He asked if I was okay, then redirected traffic so he could physically push me and the car onto the shoulder. He wore a baseball cap with a bible verse number on it. I think it was Isiah. He offered me a ride, but I figured he had somewhere to be, so I just thanked him and said, "God bless you". I meant every darn syllable.

Lots of those people who screamed at me in 2003 might have showed up for church every Sunday. Lots of people who didn't scream at me here, may have not been in a church in years.

We're all sinners. No one is exempt. I personally loathe those who corrupt in the name of the Lord. I don't care what religion you are, we all suffer dealing with wolves in sheep's clothing. I've posted back and forth with LJ for several years. Perhaps you might not have understood her replies. She's not generally judgemental, and I try not to be either....unless it's some fat little Saudi terrorist trying to blackmail us.

Btw...I was raised Catholic, and I'm disgusted with PINO's.
