Curious that they would reposition and alert their people if it's a strike on Afghanistan. Because Iraq had some of their people in Afghanistan?

Because Iraq had some of their people in Afghanistan? I believe that's a possibility and they thought maybe we knew it and would attack them also? I don't know, there are many possibles I guess.
