Do the consider anyone who has stayed alive for more than a year a "Senior Leader"? Obviously the terrorists would never survive in the corporate world, talk about top heavy - there are all chiefs and no "braves"...

I guess when yer recruitin people to be blowed up by self or unseen aircraft then you have to give them a chiefly title.
