The more you undermine the CA GOP strategy with the base, the harder it is for them to build the necessary coalition of voters to win. It then works great for you because you can say "Look, they couldn't win!" while you sat on the sidelines heckling, not helping. Hey, wait one minute! Aren't you the one calling Arnold's non-endorsement of Feinstein "pragmatic" and saying Mountjoy can't win? One-way-Street, the usual tactic of the "Main Street" republicans.
