I find all this hysteria rather amusing. California has been dealing with these kinds of costs x10 for thirty years. Of course, when it was only California's problem, everyone thought it was pretty funny.

Keep your chin up...it's only going to get worse and once Congress makes them legal, the families will be piling across the border ala Beverly Hillbillies. Think you got "assistance" problems now? Wait until your hospitals start closing down.
