(You can mention their political activities, revenue stream, press conferences, use of their names in political ads, and so on.)

Ann Coulter has received numerous emails from other 9-11 widows and orphans thanking her for her stand and her comments.
I guess many 9-11 widows and probably an overwhelming majority despise these four widows and are happy that someone has the moral courage to describe the famous four as they are perceived by many millions.

Although, the way you structure your sentence, the implication is "saying ALL widows ..." and you and I both know that Coulter was targeting four specific activist and partisan women.
