What is it - some tropical thingie or just a lot of bands moving across?Nope, what they have is a low pressure area to the east of us that is causing the storms to start to curl up and back on themselves. They expect the low pressure area to move west across Houston and bring the rain back with it.... if I am understanding the weather guy correctly.
