It's hard to tell right now looking at the current radar, but the circulation has become much more disorganized and the center of this low appears to be west of Houston, perhaps by as much as 50 miles this morning.

The circular motion no longer is evident, and while there is still plenty of rain, it might be falling apart.

But there's plenty of convection already occurring offshore and daylight is still an hour away. Too soon to relax. All Texas gulf residents should remain wary.
