How did the children react?
Lydia Dissly was doing yard work last year when a horde of naked people biked past her north Boulder home. This year she was ready for the show, seated in a lawn chair on her driveway alongside her two daughters, Laura, 10, and Caroline, 6.
“We knew someone in the group - a friend's dad,” said Dissly. “Fortunately he covered up his face as he rode by.”
She said she wasn't worried about the sight negatively impacting her children.
Laura said yes when asked if she found the sight “shocking,” but quickly added, “it's not scaring me.”
Caroline (6) smiled shyly but wouldn't comment.
