....his [Russert's] newest book (which apparently is a way to make money by publishing the letters people wrote to him about his FIRST book).

Just like Brokaw. I'm astonished no one's pointed this out, not even the blogs.

Listen to any Russert interview and you'll hear him talking about how "these dads went to war, came back and worked TWO jobs to put their kids through college". That's almost word-for-word the way Brokaw's interviews defined "The Greatest Generation". And then Brokaw followed up with a 2nd book of the letters he received after his first book.

Timmy's a copycat.

#392, they are both copycats because Rush was lauding the World War II generation long before Brokaw wrote his book.
