In Utah, the delegates to the Republican state convention vote on candidates. If any individual, incumbent or not, gets over 60%, there is NO primary.

And no doubt that Jacob money sprikled around at the convention, had nothing to do with his(Jacob's) slim win.
We will all see when the votes are counted on June 27th, by real voters not those influenced by the tancredo/bay buchanan PAC.
