LOL..duck and cover drills, that's what they used to call them in our school. I was in elementary school, in Florida, during the Cuban missile crisis. We used to practice quite often. Those desks would have done a great job at protecting us!
LOL...It's funny how those memories never seem to go away. When we use to have to do that it was no big deal. I know us kids never thought it would happen.
