and, he shows up on every Sheriff Joe post to trash the Sheriff's reputation. Of course he's had lawsuits, that is because he's actually DOING something, unlike too many other Sheriff and Police Chiefs in Arizona. He can move to Mohave County anytime he pleases and would be more than welcome.
